Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to return an item purchased via the Samantha Moses website, please call +614 1432 2546 or email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
You may only exchange or return items within 14 days of purchase. Please note the following:
For hygiene reasons, earrings CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
Any item that has been personalised CANNOT be exchanged or returned. Except where we have made a spelling error or there is a defect in the product.
Any item that has been made to order CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
If returning an item, the item must be in it’s original packaging with proof of purchase. You can return the item via post once you receive your (RA) number. A return address will be given.
Please be aware that Samantha Moses cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during post transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use Insured Registered Post via Australia Post.
Please note that if you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days once the item is returned for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the state of your exchange or refund please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe that you have received a faulty product please email us a photograph so we can supply you with a stamped, self addressed post pack. If you wish to have a product repaired, please email email@example.com to obtain an RA number. Once you have received an RA, you will need to return the product, with proof of purchase. A return address will be given.
Once received, the product will be assessed by Samantha.
All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
Products that are damaged as the result of mishandling, will incur a repair fee.

You will receive a quote prior to the repair commencing and will be required to pay in full before the repaired item is dispatched. We try to ensure that our repair costs are as accurate as possible. The cost of a repair will vary depending on the item and extent of the damage and are usually very reasonable.
Please note that both manufacturing and repairs can take between 3-4 weeks to be returned to the customer.
There is no return or exchange on sale items under any circumstances.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
